10. Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our services and digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Guides)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once the product is delivered.

Consulting & Virtual Services

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no cost.
Refunds are not provided for missed or incomplete consultations.

Notary Services

Notary service payments are final upon service delivery. Cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to travel or service date to be eligible for a refund.
